How to Find Your Purpose (Using Somatic Psychology).

You can use your body as kind of a resonance tool to help you find a sense of purpose. Start to get in touch with what happens internally when something feels right.
There is a little exercise you can do in this video to that end (using resonance to help you find a stronger sense of purpose). Once you have that sense in your body it is important to keep coming back to it. Practice bringing that strong sense of purpose into all areas of your life.
