How you can unstick your emotions (using somatic psychology)


There is a lot of power in letting core emotions “complete” using somatic psychology. All emotions have waves. You just need to be in the right space or right environment to let the emotional wave move through without it causing overwhelm.

Core emotions are the emotions underneath the ways we try to guard ourself. Often core emotions are painful to acknowledge so we divert our emotional energy into other emotions.
